How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, contact your stylist directly or use the link provided in your reminder text/email.
do i need to wear or do anything special for my visit?
​​
While we try our hardest to be extremely careful, sometimes accidents do happen. We recommend not wearing your favorite clothes to your hair appointment.

do you accept walk-ins?

We do not accept walk-ins, services are by appointment only.

How do I book an appointment?
​
Since all of our stylists are independent, you will book directly with the stylist of your choice. You can browse our stylists on our team page. If you are still having trouble, leave us a message at (843)733-8205 or send an email to saltandslatehair@gmail.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Please read all of your stylist's information on booking, cancellations and services thoroughly before booking.
Do you require deposits for appoinments?

Since each stylist runs their own independent business, some may choose to collect deposits. Please thoroughly read through your chosen stylist's policies.
can i bring my children?​​

Due to the nature of our business and wanting to give all our clients a luxury experience, no children will be allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service. If your child is unable to sit for the duration of your service, separate appointments will need to be made.
what if i'm not happy with my service?

Your satisfaction is important to us! Since all stylists are independent, any adjustments or concerns should be addressed directly with your stylist. We recommend reaching out to them within 72 hours of your appointment so they can work with you to find a solution.
